### Tech Fragments

Tech Fragments are used to upgrade Equipment, you can obtain through:

* Verified activity
* Events and challenges
* Dismantling unused gear

### Crafting Philosophy

Crafting is designed to:

* Reward consistent play
* Encourage reinvestment
* Prevent instant power jumps

Higher-tier crafting requires:

* Time
* Planning
* Resource management

This creates meaningful progression rather than short-term spikes.
