# Data Sources & Privacy

The AI Coach operates using **device-native health data sources**, such as:

* Apple Health
* Google Fit

**Key principles:**

* No raw health data is sold or shared
* Data is used solely for personalization and progression logic
* Players retain control over permissions at all times
